  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Mint to taste

Instructions

Cut open the peppers and clean the insides, then chop them into smaller pieces. Peel the banana, chop it up a bit, and add everything to a blender. Crack an egg and add it to the blender. Chop the fresh mint leaves beforehand, crumble the dried mint, and add it to the blender. Run the blender on speed 2 for 1-2 minutes.
