Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ apple
  • ½ pear(s)
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • ½ banana(s), very ripe
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 kiwi(s), yellow
  • 100 g leaf spinach, frozen
  • 350 ml mineral water, still water or tap water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Remove the stems from the apple and pear (you can add the cores if you like). Peel the lemon and remove the seeds. Peel the banana. Remove the hard end of the kiwi (yellow kiwi does not need to be peeled; the skin is edible). Blend all ingredients in a blender for 1 minute until smooth. Makes two 500 ml servings.
