Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 avocados
  • 2 apples (ambrosia apples)
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 2 stalk(s) celery
  • 1 piece(s) ginger root, fresh
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • Mazzetti Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

For breakfast or in between meals – a smoothie is always perfect!

1. Peel the avocados, remove the pit, and cut the flesh into pieces. Peel the cucumber and cut the flesh into pieces. Wash the celery and cut two stalks into pieces. 2. Wash the apples thoroughly, quarter them, remove the cores, and cut the apple quarters into pieces. Peel the ginger and squeeze the juice from the lemon. 3. Place all ingredients, except the lemon juice, in a blender and blend. The smoothie should still be quite chunky. 4. Add the lemon juice, a drop of apple cider vinegar, and water until the desired consistency is reached.
