Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 jar sugar
  • 2 jars of flour
  • ½ jar oil
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 6 apples

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Grease a baking sheet and set aside. Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add the flour, baking powder, and oil. Peel and chop the apples, then add them to the batter and spread everything out on the baking sheet. Bake the cake for about 1 hour at 180 degrees Celsius.
