Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g fat (margarine)
- 100 g marzipan – raw mass
- 125 g flour
- 40 g sugar
- 500 g apples
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 175°C (155°C fan-assisted). Melt margarine. Grate marzipan or cut into small cubes and mix with the flour and sugar. Then stir in the margarine. Pour the batter into a 22 cm springform pan. Peel, core, and slice the apples. Arrange them on the batter and press down lightly. Finally, sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for about 40 minutes. Let the cake cool in the pan.
