Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 1 can of tomatoes, approx. 400 g
  • 1 spring onion(s), quartered
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 2 tbsp jalapeño(s), from the jar
  • 1 handful of coriander leaves
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Roughly chop all the vegetables, put them in a blender with the spices and puree.
