Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g tomatoes
- 1 can of tomatoes, approx. 400 g
- 1 spring onion(s), quartered
- 1 onion(s), red
- 2 tbsp jalapeño(s), from the jar
- 1 handful of coriander leaves
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Roughly chop all the vegetables, put them in a blender with the spices and puree.
