Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 liter of water
  • 2 tbsp ginger, freshly grated
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • some honey
  • 1 lemon(s) or orange(s), the juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Adrak Chah

Boil water with the ginger for about 10 minutes. Pour through a sieve into a jug. Add pepper, a little honey, and lemon or orange juice, if desired, and serve hot.
