Spaghetti with avocado sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 8 tomatoes, dried in oil
  • 2 tsp capers
  • ½ bunch basil
  • 2 avocados, ripe
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and capers. Slice the basil. Scoop out the avocado flesh and mash it with a fork. Mix everything together and season with lemon juice, salt, and cayenne pepper. Toss the spaghetti with the avocado sauce. By the way, cheese doesn’t really go with this. It tastes delicious as it is.
