Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 package tagliatelle, fresh
  • 1 can of tomatoes, pureed, with spices
  • 300 g spinach, frozen, or other vegetables, to taste
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 ml hollandaise sauce
  • 1 package of cheese, grated, e.g. Gouda
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly cumin
  • n. B. Butter flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Loosen the fresh pasta and transfer it to a baking dish. Defrost the spinach or chop the vegetables. Fry the onions in a pan until translucent. Add the vegetables and heat briefly. Add the passata and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. It’s also delicious with cumin, but that’s a matter of taste. Add the sauce and vegetables to the pasta in the baking dish. Now spread the hollandaise sauce over the tomato sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese and, if desired, add a few knobs of butter. Bake in a preheated oven (top/bottom heat 200°C, fan oven 180°C, gas mark 3-4) for about 25 minutes.
