  • 4 bell peppers, green
  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 can of corn
  • 2 tsp, heaped curry
  • 1 pinch(s) basil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 3 dashes of Tabasco
  • 1 tsp instant meat broth
  • Tomato paste, as desired
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 piece(s) butter, for frying

Add butter to a hot pan, along with plenty of curry powder. Add the onions and sliced ​​sirloin and fry briefly. Add the sliced ​​bell peppers and the spices. Deglaze with half a cup of water. Simmer for about 20 minutes. Finally, add the chopped tomatoes and corn, and season to taste. This goes very well with rice.
