Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 185 g ice cream (vanilla ice cream)
  • 60 ml syrup (chocolate syrup)
  • 125 ml milk (whole milk)
  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • 60 ml Baileys Irish Cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pour the slightly thawed vanilla ice cream into a tall mixing bowl. Add the chocolate syrup, milk, peeled and sliced ​​banana, and Baileys. Blend with an immersion blender and pour into two martini glasses. Garnish with some chocolate shavings, if desired.
