Red cabbage salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 450 g red cabbage
  • 250 g carrot(s)
  • 50 g raisins
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 2 orange(s), grated peel

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

delicious with raisins, low in fat

Grate the cabbage and carrots and mix them with the raisins in a bowl. Blend the mayonnaise with the yogurt until smooth and add the orange zest. Pour the salad dressing over the salad and serve.
