Homemade vegan almond milk

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g almonds
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ vanilla pod(s), scraped pulp
  • 1 tbsp powder (baobab)
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 liter of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

also possible with hazelnuts

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly on high. Use the milk for cooking, baking, adding to muesli, or simply enjoying it on its own. You can also omit the baobab powder.
