Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 bananas, ripe
- 200 g natural yogurt, low-fat
- 125 ml milk
- 1 drop of vanilla flavor
- Honey for drizzling
Instructions

Healthy and delicious
Place bananas, yogurt, milk, and vanilla essence in a tall mug. Blend thoroughly with a hand blender. Pour into glasses, drizzle with a little honey, and serve immediately.
