- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 50 g oat flakes
- 1 large banana(s)
- 600 ml mineral water (sparkling water)

Place the low-fat curd cheese in a bowl and add the oats. Stir vigorously once for best results. Peel the overripe banana and slice it thinly. Add these to the low-fat curd cheese and oats. Puree the mixture and carefully add the water little by little. Add a little more or less water if needed. You can also use other fruits. Pour the shake into a bottle and refrigerate. The shake will keep for 24 to 48 hours. Shake well before drinking. Approximately 504 kcal per serving.
