Quick tagliatelle with ham

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 140 g tagliatelle
  • 100 g cream cheese, up to 5% fat absolute
  • 6 slice(s) cooked ham, without fat edge, cut into strips
  • 1 pepper(s), cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain, leaving 125 ml of the cooking water in the pot. In the same pot, stir in the cream cheese over low heat. Return the pasta to the pot and stir in the cooked ham, bell peppers, and basil. Divide among 2 warmed plates and serve immediately.
