Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 300 g sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 150 g oil
  • 150 g carbonated mineral water
  • ½ bottle flavoring (vanilla baking oil)
  • 20 g cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Thermomix recipe

Combine all ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix for about 3 minutes on speed 4. If the batter starts to stick to the edges, simply smooth it out with a spatula. Pour half of the batter into a bowl, add the cocoa powder to the remaining batter in the mixing bowl, and mix for 2 minutes on speed 4. Line a 26cm springform pan with baking paper and, using two tablespoons, alternate dark and light batter into the center of the pan until all the batter is used up. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 50 minutes.
