with minced meat, feta cheese and jalapeños
Depending on your desired spiciness and taste, thinly slice the jalapeños. Dice the feta cheese and mix it with the uncooked pasta in a large casserole dish. Fry the minced meat in a pan until crispy. Heat the oil in a saucepan and briefly sauté the finely chopped jalapeños. Then add the stock and cream. Bring everything to a boil briefly. Then add the minced meat and stir in the processed cheese, 100g grated mountain cheese, and the crème fraîche. Once the cheese has melted, add herbs to taste and season to taste. Pour the sauce over the pasta and sprinkle with the remaining grated mountain cheese. Bake at 180°C for approx. 30-40 minutes.
