Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g mushrooms (lemon oyster mushrooms)
- 2 cm ginger root, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp clarified butter
- 3 spring onions, chopped
- 100 ml vegetable broth, instant
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Roughly chop the lemon oyster mushrooms; they should still be chunky. Finely chop only the white part of the spring onions. Reserve the green part for garnish. Finely chop the ginger. Heat the clarified butter and gently sauté the oyster mushrooms, then add the ginger and onion. When there is no more liquid in the pan, slowly add the stock. Finally, drizzle with the maple syrup.
