with sauerkraut, bell peppers and Debreczin sausages

For the batter, mix all the ingredients except the onions into a pancake batter and let it rest. During this time, finely slice the bell peppers, chop the sauerkraut, and slice the Debrecen sausages. Slowly sauté the bell pepper strips in a little fat for about 5 minutes. Then add the paprika and braise briefly. Now add the cream, sauerkraut, and sausages. Heat everything until hot. In the meantime, add a little fat to two frying pans and fry the onion slices until golden brown. Carefully spread the pancake batter on top and cook to form pancakes. Place the prepared filling on one half of the pancake and fold it over.
