Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g butter
  • 5 m.-sized eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 5 banana(s), soft, mashed
  • 500 g flour
  • 2 packs of baking powder, mix with the flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 55 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Banana cake

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Mash the bananas with a fork. Mix the baking powder with the flour. Combine all ingredients to form a smooth batter. Grease two loaf pans. Pour the batter into the two pans. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 50-55 minutes.
