Breakfast cake with oats

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 7 g cocoa powder
  • 80 g oat flakes
  • 50 g banana(s)
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

simple and quick preparation

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until a liquid consistency is achieved. Only add cocoa powder if you like it more chocolatey, but it is highly recommended. Pour this mixture into a baking dish, e.g. an ovenproof cereal bowl. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approx. 20 to 30 minutes on the middle rack. You can remove the bowl from the oven earlier once the desired consistency is reached. Note: You can decorate the cake with the remaining banana, a little liquid peanut butter or Nutella or speculoos cream (microwave the desired amount for 1 minute), fruit of your choice, or whatever you fancy.
