Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 ¼ cup(s) sugar
  • 3 banana(s), already blackened
  • ½ cup(s) oil or soft margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

A great way to use up blackened bananas! 1 cup = 200 ml

Combine the fat, sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar; beat until fluffy. Mash the bananas and add them along with the eggs. Mix the flour with the baking powder and baking soda, sift, and stir in. Grease a baking pan and pour the batter into it. Oven: 180°C, baking time: 30 minutes.
