Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 peach(s), ripe
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- ½ bunch of dill
- 1 tbsp mustard, mild
- 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
- herbal salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
ideal for raclette, fondue, grilled vegetables, rice dishes, etc.
Pour boiling water over the peach, peel off the skin, remove the pits, and finely chop. Wash the dill, pat dry, and finely chop. Briefly toast the sesame seeds in a pan. Mix all ingredients together and season with salt. This peach and mustard dip goes wonderfully with raclette, fondue, grilled vegetables, rice dishes, and more.
