Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g sugar
- 125 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 50 g hazelnuts, chopped
- 75 g hazelnuts, ground
- 100 g block chocolate
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 125 g flour
- 1 jar cherry(s)
- Fat for the mold
- e.g. powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
with hazelnuts, cinnamon and chocolate
First, chop the chocolate block. It’s okay to use larger pieces. Then, combine all the ingredients, except the cherries, in a mixing bowl and mix into a batter. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan and arrange the drained cherries on top. Bake the cake at approximately 160 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for 40-45 minutes. Once cooled, dust the cake with powdered sugar.
