an original creation when trying to bake without eggs

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix on high for about 2-3 minutes. Be careful, the dough will be very sticky, but will be super soft and fluffy after baking! Use two tablespoons to transfer the resulting mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. I made enough for 16 loaves. Bake the loaves at 200°C (top/bottom heat, fan oven: 180°C) for about 20 minutes, or until they are nice and golden brown. This recipe was developed when I tried baking without eggs, as I don’t like the taste of eggs. However, I think anyone who doesn’t mind eggs could add another egg to the dough. I don’t know how this would change the dough. If you like, you can also add raisins.
