Spaghetti with goat cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pasta, spaghetti
  • 100 g tomatoes, dried in oil (drained)
  • Basil or thyme
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 pkt. goat’s cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the spaghetti “al dente” and drain. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into strips. Peel and press the garlic cloves. Crumble the goat cheese slightly with a fork. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic with the tomatoes. Add the goat cheese and let it melt slightly. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Add thyme or basil to taste. Dried herbs also work. Finally, add the spaghetti to the pan and mix everything well.
