Eggnog whole milk nut pralines

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g chocolate coating, whole milk
  • 30 g butter
  • 80 g egg liqueur
  • 200 g hazelnuts or almonds, ground
  • 200 g hazelnuts, ground for rolling

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 20 minutes

Carefully melt the butter and milk chocolate coating over low heat. This works well in a saucepan or in the microwave. But don’t set the heat too high or for too long, or the chocolate will burn. Stir in half of the hazelnuts or almonds, then mix the egg liqueur and the other half of the hazelnuts or almonds with the mixture. Chill the mixture for a day. The next day, scoop out a teaspoonful of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Then roll the ball in hazelnuts. Continue this process until all the mixture is used up. It makes a great gift and is a good, foolproof recipe, even for inexperienced chocolate-making beginners.
