Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 800 g fish fillet(s) (herring fillet)
  • 2 large apples (Boskop)
  • 1 large onion(s) (or 2 small ones)
  • 1 small jar of capers, including juice
  • 250 g meat sausage
  • 2 cups salad (meat salad)
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 2 m.-sized cucumber(s) (pickles)

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 45 minutes

Grate the onions and finely dice all other ingredients. Mix with the meat salad and sour cream and let it marinate well (at least overnight!).
