Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 tortillas
- 500 g turkey meat, shredded or diced chicken breast fillet
- 1 can of corn
- 1 can/n beans, red
- some orange juice, to deglaze
- 1 bag of tacos
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 jar sauce (taco sauce)
- 125g mozzarella
- ½ pack of taco seasoning mix
- some salt
- some pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
First, the meat is seared, then corn and red beans are gradually added, and then deglazed with a little orange juice. Season the dish with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste. Spread this mixture on tortillas laid out on a baking sheet and top with the tacos. Next, mix the taco sauce with the crème fraîche and pour this mixture over the tacos. Place the sliced mozzarella on top and bake the dish at 175°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes.
