Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tortillas
  • 500 g turkey meat, shredded or diced chicken breast fillet
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can/n beans, red
  • some orange juice, to deglaze
  • 1 bag of tacos
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 jar sauce (taco sauce)
  • 125g mozzarella
  • ½ pack of taco seasoning mix
  • some salt
  • some pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, the meat is seared, then corn and red beans are gradually added, and then deglazed with a little orange juice. Season the dish with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste. Spread this mixture on tortillas laid out on a baking sheet and top with the tacos. Next, mix the taco sauce with the crème fraîche and pour this mixture over the tacos. Place the sliced ​​mozzarella on top and bake the dish at 175°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes.
