Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 12 tbsp flour
  • 12 tbsp milk
  • 12 tbsp sugar
  • 5 tbsp eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 300 g margarine
  • 2 packs of red currant jelly
  • 250 g butter
  • ½ liter of water
  • Grease for the tray

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine the dough ingredients, setting aside the cocoa powder for now. Divide the dough into two halves, and mix the cocoa powder into one half. Place this dough on a greased baking sheet – first the black dough, then the white dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool. For the filling, cook the red fruit compote according to the package instructions, then let cool. Cream the butter until fluffy and mix with the cooled red fruit compote. Spread this mixture over the cold dough base and let it set.
