Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g quark (40%)
  • 120 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 glasses of rum (40%, small shot glasses)
  • 200 g cream
  • 2 jars of sour cherries, drained
  • n. B. Chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and tasty

Combine the quark, sugar, vanilla sugar, and rum in a bowl and whisk until frothy. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold in. Layer the drained sour cherries alternately with the cream in a glass bowl. Finally, sprinkle some chocolate shavings on top and serve.
