Spaghetti, tomato and feta pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • basil
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until tender, then drain. Chop the onion and garlic and sauté them in olive oil with a few basil leaves. Add the cooked pasta and sauté over high heat for a few minutes. Dice the tomatoes and feta and add them. Cook everything over medium heat until the cheese is well melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Tip: This is also a great way to use up leftover cooked spaghetti.
