Cheese foam with berries

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 150 g berries (wild berries)
  • 40 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp orange liqueur
  • 1 sheet of gelatin
  • ⅛ liter whipped cream
  • 1 orange(s), the juice
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Gently mix the cream cheese, wild berries, powdered sugar, and orange liqueur and let stand for 1/2 hour. Soak the gelatin in cold water. Warm the lemon and orange juice. Squeeze the gelatin and dissolve it in the juice. While still warm, stir it into the cheese mixture. Whip the cream and gently fold it into the mixture. Serve the cheese foam and garnish with wild berries and mint.
