Vegetable pan with smoked tofu

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g smoked tofu
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bulb(s) of fennel
  • pepper
  • turmeric
  • some soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine) (Soy Cuisine), to taste
  • Margarine, vegan

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cut the smoked tofu into small cubes and fry in a pan with the margarine. Wash the bell pepper, fennel, and zucchini and cut into small pieces and slices. Once the tofu is slightly browned, add the chopped vegetables and fry everything together until the vegetables are still firm to the bite. Season with pepper and turmeric. Just before serving, add the soy cuisine (amount as needed and to taste) and mix everything briefly. Then serve.
