Chickpea wraps

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g flour (chickpea)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 ml water
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Oil, vegan, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Egg-free and low-carb.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and knead into a smooth dough. Shape the dough into wraps and fry in a pan with a little oil over medium heat until golden brown. Top the wraps as desired. This recipe makes 4 small or 2 large wraps.
