Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp walnuts, ground
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 5 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 150 g flour
  • 2 tbsp xylitol (sugar substitute)
  • 250 ml almond drink
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients until a smooth, smooth batter forms. ⠀ Preheat a pan and add a little oil for frying. Once the pan is hot, fry the pancakes one at a time until golden brown. ⠀ ⠀ Serve with nut butter and bananas.
