Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bananas
- 2 limes
- 2 tbsp cranberries, dried
- 600 ml coconut milk
- 8 tbsp natural yogurt
- 12 ice cubes
- 4 mint leaves
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Puree the bananas in a blender. Squeeze the limes and add the juice. Add the cranberries, coconut milk, yogurt, and ice cubes and blend well. Pour into glasses and garnish with mint.
