Moni's anti-cold mixture

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g fresh ginger
  • 50 ml lemon juice, fresh
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the ginger and finely grate it or chop it in a blender. Mix the grated ginger with lemon juice and honey. Pour the mixture into an empty screw-top jar and store it in the refrigerator; it doesn’t keep well. For acute colds, I take a teaspoon of it pure. For preventative measures, I add a teaspoon to a large cup of tea.
