Garlic-yogurt marinade for grilled meat

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ cup whole milk yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes

Make a marinade from crushed garlic, yogurt, olive oil, salt, pepper, and a little paprika. Directions: Rub the marinade evenly onto your chosen meat (e.g., turkey schnitzel), then refrigerate it overnight in a covered plastic bowl. If desired, add a little salt before grilling. The marinade will make the meat juicy and tender!
