Quick pasta dish with ajvar

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g spirals
  • 350 g mushrooms (can or jar)
  • 1 jar Ajvar, hot, approx. 350 ml
  • 150g salami
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 100 g sour cream
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, cut the salami into small pieces or cubes. Drain the mushrooms. Add the salami, mushrooms, ajvar, cream cheese, and sour cream to the cooked pasta in a pot and mix everything well. Heat everything briefly and season with salt.
