Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g milk
  • 200 g flour (wholemeal)
  • 8 eggs
  • 8 tbsp oat flakes
  • 8 tsp crème fraîche
  • margarine

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with wholemeal flour and oat flakes

Whisk the eggs with the milk, then add the flour and mix everything until a smooth batter forms. Finally, add the oats and crème fraîche. There should be no lumps in the batter. Now melt some margarine in a pan and fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides. If the pan with the margarine is very hot, you’ll get a crispy crust. The batter shouldn’t be too thick; add a little more milk if necessary. You can serve it with applesauce or herb curd. Sugar isn’t really necessary.
