Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 ½ kg potatoes, roughly diced
- 2 carrots
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- ¾ liter vegetable broth
- 6 Vienna sausages (Wienerle)
- 1 tsp marjoram, possibly more
- 4 grains allspice
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Roughly slice the leeks and carrots and sauté in a little oil. Deglaze with the vegetable stock. Add the roughly diced potatoes and allspice. Simmer until tender. Then discard the allspice berries. Blend everything finely with a hand blender and bring back to a boil. Add the sliced sausages and marjoram, season with salt and pepper. Let stand for another 5 minutes with the lid on. Serve.
