Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 liter milk (whole milk)
- 150 g millet, peeled
- 50 g raisins
- 4 tbsp honey (acacia honey)
- 1 pinch of salt
- some vanilla powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
tastes good hot and cold
Bring the milk to a boil with the millet and raisins, then simmer gently for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Finally, season with honey, vanilla powder, and a pinch of salt.
