  • 250 g butter
  • 1 large lemon(s), juice and peel, untreated
  • 1 small onion(s), finely chopped
  • 2 ½ tbsp lemon balm, chopped
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 1 tbsp liqueur (lemon liqueur)

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together.
