Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 10 large garlic cloves
- 1 bunch of chives
- 2 tomatoes
- salt and pepper
Instructions

as a dip or on bread
Crush the garlic cloves, wash and dice the tomatoes. Mix the quark and crème fraîche with the garlic, diced tomatoes, and chives. Season with salt and pepper. Let stand for at least 2 hours before serving.
