Breakfast drink with carrot juice, quark and banana

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g quark
  • 100 g milk
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 300 ml carrot juice
  • e.g. agave syrup or honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and slice the banana. Wash, quarter, core, and dice the apple. Place everything in a blender and blend. Pour into glasses and serve.
