Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 ml orange juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Reduce the orange juice by half and then whisk with the remaining ingredients until smooth. Reserve a few raspberries for garnish. Tastes great with leaf salads.
