Beetroot smoothie with apple and horseradish

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 beetroot
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 apple, e.g. Granny Smith
  • 1 organic lemon(s)
  • 1 tbsp table horseradish

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the cooked beetroot into small cubes. Peel and slice the ripe banana. Peel the apple, remove the core, and slice it into small pieces. Wash the lemon with hot water, dry it, grate the zest, and squeeze out the juice. Combine the prepared ingredients with 500 ml of water and 1 tablespoon of horseradish in a tall container and puree with a hand blender. Pour the smoothie into chilled glasses and enjoy with a straw.
